Campra Cookie Policy

Effective date: 6 June 2026 Last updated: 1 August 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how TT Nordic Digital Health AS ("Campra") uses cookies and similar technologies on campra.dev and in the Campra app. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies (local storage, etc.) work the same way. They can be "strictly necessary" (needed for the site to function) or optional (analytics, preferences, marketing).

What we currently use

Today, Campra uses only strictly necessary cookies - for keeping you signed in, protecting your session, safely connecting a social account, and remembering your cookie choice. These are required for the Service to work, so they don't need your consent and can't be switched off.

CookiePurposeHow long it lastsConsent needed?
Authentication / session (set by our authentication provider, Supabase)Keep you signed in; protect your sessionYour signed-in session - refreshed automatically while you use Campra, and removed when you sign outNo (strictly necessary)
campra_onboarding_doneRemembers that you have finished first-time setup, so Campra does not have to re-check on every page you open1 hour; also cleared when you sign outNo (strictly necessary)
oauth_state_<platform>Security check while you connect a social account: confirms the reply came from the request you started10 minutesNo (strictly necessary)
oauth_verifier_<platform>A second security check in the same connection flow, on platforms that require it10 minutesNo (strictly necessary)
campra_cookie_consentRecords your cookie choice so we do not ask again1 yearNo (strictly necessary)

We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies.

Other browser storage

Campra also keeps a few preferences in your browser's local storage rather than in a cookie: which business you last had open, whether the sidebar is collapsed, and whether you have dismissed the feedback prompt. These are settings, not tracking, they are never sent to us as cookies, and they are cleared when you sign out.

What will change when we add analytics

When we introduce optional cookies (for example, product analytics to understand how the Service is used), we will first show you a consent banner that lets you choose:

  • Accept all
  • Reject all
  • Necessary only
  • Customise (choose by category)

We will not set any non-essential cookie or run analytics until you opt in, and you'll be able to change your choice at any time. This Cookie Policy will be updated to list each optional cookie, its provider, and how long it lasts, before any go live.

Managing cookies

You can also control cookies through your browser settings (block or delete them). Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Service from working.
