Campra Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellation and refunds for paid Campra subscriptions. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Subscriptions are sold and processed by our Merchant-of-Record payment partner, whose checkout terms also apply.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access to your plan until the end of the current paid billing period; we don't charge you again after that.

Refunds during Beta

Campra is currently a paid Beta. Subscription fees are non-refundable during Beta, including for partial or unused periods - except where a refund is required by applicable law (including mandatory consumer rights). This is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

EU/EEA consumers - right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract for a full refund. Because Campra gives you immediate digital access, at checkout we ask you to:

  1. expressly request that the Service start immediately, and
  2. acknowledge that, by doing so, you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the Service begins.

If you provide this consent, you will not be entitled to withdraw once the Service has started. If you do not provide it, we cannot begin providing the Service until the 14-day period has passed. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived are unaffected.

How to request a refund (where applicable)

If you believe you're entitled to a refund under law, contact support@campra.dev with your account email and details. Refunds that we approve are issued through the original payment method via our payment partner.

After launch

When Campra moves out of Beta, this policy may be updated (for example, to introduce free trials or a satisfaction guarantee). Any changes apply to purchases made after they take effect.
